I have a very distinct memory from when I was a little girl of sitting in our rocking chair and explaining how my life was going to work out.  I was going to attend the state university, move to Chicago and start my own business.  That path took a few twists and turns but I’m so pleased to finally arrive at the destination with the creation of this cut flower farm.  It is named after my mom, who to this day inspires me with her curiosity, intelligence and love of flowers.  The goal for everything we grow is to combine the energy of the city with the beauty of the country to create something special for your home or event, wherever that may be.

Proprietor

Decided to start a flower farm one day and rolled with it. Have learned the hard way how fabulous farm machinery is. Happiest in a dress or covered in dirt, go figure. My biggest hope is that our flowers make you smile. If not, I’ll point you in the direction of the best place in the city to get margaritas.

Farm Manager

When not sleeping on the job this guy is busy showing some love to our visitors. Frequently the cause of some of our funniest adventures on the farm. Focused on bringing back boutonnieres as an everyday accessory.
